I have a better idea. Today - have a look at the oil level through the sight glass on the right side of the engine.
Take the machine to the Honda shop. Caution them about the oil level and if you want tell them the oil volume you want. Let them do their job.
BUT when you pick up the bike - do the steady the machine on a brick or with assistance and redo the visual cheque of the oil level. That way you know what the oil levels are and are reassured that you won't have an oil shortage problem.
